8th grade Animal Mixed Media

8th grade once again amazed us!  They created a head and body print then exchanged with their classmates.  Adding a fun background students ended up creating surreal scenes that were out of this world!! Great job 8th Grade!!

 

7th Grade Animal Relief Print

What a beautiful job 7th grade did with their relief animal print. Students are still working on printing so more to come! 

6th Islamic Radial prints

Students have been studying the history and elements of Islamic art. Students then created their own printing block which had to include two elements of Islamic art.  Students did many test prints and then created these beautiful prints. We will be posting more photos as students finish printing.  Good job 6^th grade!

6th Grade Abstract Faces

6th Grade- Student learned about Pablo Picasso and Abstract Art.  This multimedia project involved creating linoleum blocks of various facial features. Students finished faces by using oil pastels and blending focusing on colors that they felt best worked together.  We will be posting more photos as students complete their faces. Awesome job 6th Grade!
